THOMAS M. BERNACKI

Tom is a civil trial attorney with over 23 years of experience in medical malpractice defense, dental malpractice defense, OPMC and OPD defense, nursing home defense, general liability defense and attorney misconduct/attorney grievance matters. He is a trial counsel for multiple malpractice carriers. Prior to making the transition to civil litigation, Tom spent three years refining his trial skills as an Assistant District Attorney, Monroe County, where he handled the prosecution of criminal matters, managed as many as 1,800 cases per year, and took numerous bench and jury trials to verdict.
